FRAUDALART is a fraud detection platform designed for Money Service Business (MSB) companies to track and report fraudulent agents. The Service provides tools for reporting fraud attempts, searching agent databases, and managing fraud-related information.

We take data privacy seriously. The identity of reporting MSB companies is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to other MSB companies. Fraud reports and agent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Access to certain features of the Service requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, and you agree to provide accurate billing information. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in restricted access to premium features.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by FRAUDALART and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
FRAUDALART provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
